"We had a 5 night stay in Dec25. The staff were very welcoming and warm, with a smile. The buffet breakfast was simple but nice, and there was a Chef cooking individual egg facility for omelettes, etc. The hotel buildings, layouts, terraces, beach access and 2x pools were fine physically, clean and presentable, offering sun and shade. Our room was of good size and had a great little balcony to sit out on. However, the Management need to prioritise resources to ensuring reported faults...

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Casa Babi and we loved every second of it. Sabrina and staff are the best hosts. They picked us up at the airport, helped with delayed luggage, arranged trips and fixed transportation to our next destination. On top of that, their kitchen is amazing. Great breakfast, lunches and dinners. The view to the ocean and the continuous winds are spectacular. If it gets too hot you can jump in the pool. Top, top experience. "

"The air-conditioner wasnt working properly and when we complained the 2nd day the caretaker asked us to request for a refund and leave the hotel .We were ok with it but realised the hotel policy on the websites we used for booking had stated that they was no refund for our booking for whatsoever reason.When we informed the caretaker he insisted we cancel w the website which we refused.He called a colleague and later agreed to settle our money for the remaining days we were supposed to...

"Al momento della prenotazione le foto della struttura erano completamente diverse da quello che abbiamo trovato. Da una struttura tipica con stanze a capanna abbiamo soggiornato in bungalows in muratura completamente nuovi ma impersonali. Il contorno tenuto bene e carino. Cosa gravissima mi è stato rubato un costume dentro la valigia in camera e per questo ho ricevuto soltanto delle scuse da parte del ragazzo della reception e non dalla direzione. E' stata una vera violazione della privacy."
