Hotels near John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum

"Everything about the hotel was great except for one important thing. Convenient location to PHL airport, very clean and spacious room, super comfortable bed. But I was not happy when I checked in and found that a $25 overnight parking fee was not included in the quoted rate. It said “self park” but no mention of this steep fee. I would have chosen another hotel if I was aware of that charge. Hotels.com really should disclose that information in the listing. Not happy at all about that. "

"The pictures of the hotel isn’t the same once you arrive at the hotel our floor smelled like a bunch of cats our room door wasn’t locking properly & was lots of complaints from other visitors about this particular hotel"

"Communication at desk could have been better. We reserved a shuttle for 5:00am. Got to the lobby at 4:59am and shuttle to the airport left already. Very disappointed. That was the reason we booked at the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber. "

"Someone knocked on my door at 9 AM to confirm my checkout time, robbing me of invaluable sleep. My room alarm also went off at 6 AM, robbing me again of invaluable sleep. But the lobby of the hotel is lovely and the rooms are really nice."

"There was a pet sign you can hang outside your door. We saw it this am before leaving. We had noticed a stale odor. Now we think it was a pet friendly room. I was very dusappointed"
