"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "

"Room was a bit small for 3 people but well maintained and clean. We LOVED the rooftop oasis. It had a view of the Taj Mahal as a bonus. The food was delicious and the staff was so welcoming. Very convenient location. Highly recommend. "

"Everything about this hotel was terrible. Don't believe any of the reviews. We think they are all fake. When we arrived, there were no towels and the water wasn't running. The whole room is shabby and run down. The bathroom floor was wet from a continuous leak. And all of the fixtures are filthy..The pillows did not have cases and were dirty. The bathroom has no knob, the walls are dirty. We paid for the breakfast and dinner included, but at dinner the options are limited to a few choices and there were no beverages. The breakfast consists of different types of bread."
