Hotel berdekatan Kawasan Pemeliharaan Taman Village Point

"All good"

"The basics of the motel were covered, but the AC unit in the room was stuck on "constant fan" all night, and cranking up the heat didn't seem to change the temperature of the blowing air. Also, the Direct TV service was weak, causing lots of buffering issues while watching television, and the WiFi connection was spotty and weak, making it difficult to work effectively. I understand it's a budget hotel, but there are some minimum basics that should be handled and covered."

"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. I was located on the 12th floor, so sometimes the wait could be up to 5 minutes. But this would not keep me from staying again if I visit Mobile, Al The one thing that I disliked the most about my entire stay is the...

"Room was a good value. Mix up at check in so ended up with 2 beds instead of a king. Staff was friendly. Pool was closed. Killed one roach but all hotels have some running around."

"The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees present at the time. One of the front desk employees was so awfully rude to another employee that was working outdoors-so much so that we were actually offended. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."

"Room smelled great! Very clean! Very quiet here. I feel safe. Staff was terrific- exceeded expectations. Robbi at front desk and Julie in kitchen were super. Will stay here when I travel. Have booked here three times now."

"Debra was amazing and so kind . Debra new my husband was in hospital and gave me an end room where i could rest . The breakfast bar was delicious and good"

"Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling."
