"This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. "Facilities were okay. Nothing special but they were clean and inexpensive. Expedia not sending payment confirmations made both check in and check out long and uncomfortable for all parties. Expedia, please work with your venders! I struggle to understand how sending an automatic notification to your customers can't be managed."

"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

"We had a nice stay at Kichuguu Camp on November 28th. Being low season, there was only one other couple in camp. We had a mixup with Hotels.com that didn’t go well wherein they booked my room and I immediately got a message from the camp that the rate was incorrect and I owed more money for the booking. I wasn’t pleased with that, but in the big picture it wasn’t enough of a problem. Nice place, I’d probably stay there again. "

"Les douches dans le désert étaient uniques. On a adoré la gentillesse du personnel qui travaille dans des conditions difficiles , mais qui sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. La situation du camp au milieu du parc avec des annimaux qui viennent la nuit autour du camp. On se reveille avec une vue sur le désert et la nuit dans son lit on entend des hyènes, des lions et des oiseaux. A partir de 23h plus d'électrivcité dans le camp, donc obligé de dormit tôt."
