"Very surprised to read about the lovely staff - the cleaning ladies - yes - but all the men on reception and in the restaurant were very unfriendly and not at all helpful - it was a real disappointment. The whole compound was very dirty which was a real shame as this has the potential to be a very nice place to stay. "

"This property is pristine, and the staff are excellent. The food was good in the restaurant. The sand is very nice, but have the beach is rocky. The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April."

"The best thing about this place is its location in the middle of the forest and its very friendly staff, especially at the Reception Desk Mr. Mahran exemplifies professionalism and hospitality. He was amazingly helpful and polite and made our stay so much more enjoyable. "
