"We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."

"The room was reasonably clean, but it could benefit from a more thorough deep clean overall. The bathtub was as clean as could be expected. I wasn't happy that the room cleaning schedule was not very flexible and did not fit well with our preferred timing. I found the swimming pool area to be quite slippery and not particularly safe. The sauna was good. Overall, my child loved the place, and it was a great place to stay."

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

"The room is large, clean and comfortable, with a double sink and a separate shower and toilet. The only gripe I have is that there is no door to the shower, so it got a bit cold when we stepped out of the warm shower. There is a cozy lounge on the ground floor next to the reception, where complimentary tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and water are available throughout the day. We made full use of these as they saved us the hassle of boiling water in the kettle provided in the room. There are also complimentary washers and dryers with detergent provided as well. The young man at the reception (sorry I didn't get your name) is friendly and helpful. The staff also sent us directions and driving information which proved useful in finding our way to the motel. All in, a solid place to stay in."
