Really love to stay at this hotel when we come to Vienna. The only very slight negative is the website suggests a bar and restaurant, however the bar is open during the week only and the restaurant is breakfast only. The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. Will stay again

Definitely not four stars, extremely underwhelming room and bathroom. Building is historic and not modernized much. Did have a nice sauna, but not much for a fitness center. Parking is a bit of a pain. Staff were very friendly. Location is OK, but not necessarily convenient for sightseeing.

Fantastic all around
"Fantastic hotel and staff! The entire place was super clean and well kept. The room had good ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, chocolate. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean with drinks served to your chairs. But the biggest plus here was the food, the breakfast buffet ..."
