"The staff were awesome. Everyone we had contact with was polite, friendly, helpful.
The air conditioning was plenty cool enough.
The hotel is a 2 minute slow walk from the train station but we never heard 1 single train the whole time we were there. The room was VERY quiet.
From the station to Stockholm City to 10 minutes on the train and they have 24, 48, 72 hour etc etc passes which are great because they are good for the buses and metro as well.
Just outside the hotel are a couple of restaurants and a store for food etc which was handy.
There is tea, coffee, kettle and decent size coffee mugs in the room as well as a fridge which was great. The only thing that would be helpful is a microwave. We love oatmeal for breakfast which is not a European thing but with a microwave, we could have made our oatmeal.
The shower was fantastic... plenty of hot water and a choice of 2 shower heads, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
I would definitely stay here again."
