"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations in this area. Suzanne the owner and Shane were very welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again but LONGER and recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path. Finding the place was a bit difficult and would recommend a call to the property before heading out and getting additional directions. There was also construction when we visited but that didn’t interrupt our trip. Book today and stay awhile and enjoy nature at this naturally beautiful property."

"Very respectful staff, comfortable and clean environment. I really loved the view from the pool side ☺️ very convenient dining, Beach, cane river falls, authentic jerk chicken and pork 😋 I would definitely stay there again. Oh yea the airport is approximately 15mins away can't beat that !"
