"Place was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Located just outside of the city but easy access to downtown. Not much in the way of amenities but I would recommend without hesitation. "

"When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the...

"We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room...

"I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again."
