Apartments in Santa Rosa County

"Condo was located on 8th floor near Elevators. Elevators were large and quite speedy which was nice. Parking was good. You do seem to have to always wear the wristbands for property as you get questioned about them. Pool was nice size. Outdoor showers were helpful and it was nice they had 3 of them. The condo was more spacious than I thought. We had plenty of space to move around and bathrooms look newly renovated which was nice. Kitchen did have everything we need to fix meals. The view was...

"The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. Early and late check-in and check out would a very nice option for a much lower price. 11 am is standard checkout time,...
