"The property is walking distance from Port Authority. Very easy to navigate. The hotel is clean, even if the room is small its still good for New York standard. The food is great, they have different selections and big place to seat down for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I'm in New York. They also have a luggage storage that is a plus if you need to go around the city without your suitcase. Thanks alot Hyatt Place! "

"Beds were super soft, and breakfast pancakes were scrumptious! Bathroom is small, but from what I understand, all are like that in NYC. This was our first time to be in New York, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Hotel was located a twenty minute walk from Times Square, super eaay to walk to most sights, and a aubway station just outside. Room was a good size, comfy beds and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with cold options, bagels and toast and plenty of coffee and juice (although very busy as located in a small bar area)."
