"The lock on our rental was faulty and we were locked out, forced to wait with bags outside for a handyman to come to fix the lock. We had one handyman come about 8:30pm and while he was nice, he was unable to figure out how to fix the lock, but he did get us inside the condo. He said someone would come in the morning who know how to work these locks. I explained that we had someplace to go at 11am, so we needed it completed by then. He assured me that their staff came in at 9am, so getting...
