"This was my first time at this hotel, and I've stayed at a few in Calistoga. We were very impressed by the grounds, the pool area, and comforts of the room. Love the extra touches, like fresh fruit infused water and coffee. Lovely backdrop of the mountains. Walking distance to Lincoln Ave. The staff were fantastic- very friendly and accommodating. In particular, re table service in the restaurant, the individual servers were great but the system needs to be improved. We didn't know if we were supposed to get full service or order at the counter and carry out items to our table, so it was awkward. A small matter in an otherwise delightful stay."
