"Excellent location, nice, clean and quiet room with BBC news available on TV and a hot pot in the room for making tea. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom with excellent shower. Hotel staff are polite but some at the front desk seem more competent than others (the person who checked us in forgot to share any of the hotel’s amenities with us, including info about the breakfast buffet and fitness areas). Very good breakfast buffet included with extremely helpful and friendly serving staff. Nice...

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."
