"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "This property worked well for the 4 of us (ages 65-72) who stayed for a week. We appreciated the space to store our luggage before our check-in. Kristin was helpful when we had questions. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!"
