"Good clean hotel. Bar and lobby are nice and nice staff. Room was a bit older and wooden furniture could be refinished showing some wear. But clean and bed was comfy. Is also near bus stop and train station. If coming from the airport few bus options at night. But lovely overall. Breakfast was solid"

"Checkin was a disaster. Tried to check in online, said it failed. Turned up at reception and they didn’t have a record of the reservation. Passed between a few people and then the manager determined the online checkin was actually successful so it cancels the reservation apparently??? 30 mins wasted messing around with trying to look up confirmation numbers and booking references. That all said, the room was great and the shuttle to/from DUB was perfect. "

"The room was enormous with a comfortable bed and view of the bay. The front desk staff was wonderful. The bathroom could use a little updating but was spacious. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, a bit expensive for what you got and they were understaffed. Overall a great place to stay for location and price."

"The room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait 90 minutes from about 2pm to 3:30. The room was clean, but dated with stains on the carpet with a splitting seam in one corner, quite a bit of silicone caulking in the bathroom which had a very small shower stall for a suite. Biggest issue was finding the toilet lid up and urine in the toilet when we returned to the room after it had been cleaned. We always put the lid down and flush so someone else had used the toilet.
