From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location is also great near the shopping street. "Very kind and friendly owner and staff! And the property has the most beautiful hot springs spa area. The evening energy in the spa area was soothing, peaceful, beautiful and mellow. I especially loved the Oolong Tea bath, the Japanese herb bath, and lying on warm salt crystals! I would definitely stay here again. "
