Well lit parking lot. Staff was nice, knew their job and did everything correctly. Room was clean and as advertised. The hotel itself seemed clean and well maintained. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but did glance at the food options and everything looked okay. We would use this hotel again if we were ever in the area.

I got to my room and laid down because I was so exhausted from driving all day. The bed was gritty, I immediately jumped up, it was crumbs or sand and black specks all over the sheets. I went to check the other bed and it was the exact same thing. I went down to front desk, the nice lady changed me to a different room, that room also had crumbs and hair all over the sheets. She offered me a third room and it was a pube hair and other particles in the sheets. Front desk stated they’d give me a refund. It just sucks because I had to find a different hotel much further than I intended to be. But at that point, 3rooms all dirty sheets is not cool.

I worked out in the fitness room. There were not any disinfectant wipes to wipe down equipment or towels to use after. The breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and potatoes were cold. The beverage machine was out of order. A work crew was staying at the hotel and you knew from the trail of dirt where they walked in the hotel and the outside mats were dirty.

Several fast-food companies. Taco-bell, Popeyes, Wendy's, McDonalds, Jack-in-the-box just to name a few. We were right off of I-10; this was a plus. Disliked the fact that the juice machine was broken and there was no alternative to a cold drink except for milk which I cannot drink.
