Very nice new hotel

The hotel is brand new, clean and modern with a very decent breakfast buffet. Only frustrating thing is that an hotel opened in 2024 should really have USBconnections in the room.

The reception staff were extra-ordinary. Their friendliness, helpful attitude, and customer centered focus made this a delightful experience. One of the above staff members, Yadlia, really made this the Best of the Best stays in Katowice. Since I had a gate controlled outside parking space, she would open and close the gate when my car was at the gate. What service! The whole staff including the restaurant, housekeeping, and grounds employees were the most important part of making this hotel a wonderful stay.

Beautiful structure is in an excellent position, close to the tram stop and in the area you can easily find parking. Abundant and excellent quality breakfast. The room upon our arrival had hairs both on the bed and in the bathroom. The reception staff very cold and unprofessional.

Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world. The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel! Hats off to the management staff who selected the individuals for the hotel team. I wish to return in a few weeks if possible.

Super Hotel, Parkplatzsituation aber etwas schwierig und umständlich. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz war voll, es gab einen Ausweichparkplatz in der nähe, allerdings auf Erde und mit etwas laufen vom Hotel zum Parkplatz. Ansonsten Top Aufenthalt

Zentral gelegenes Hotel zur Innenstadt. Moderne, komfortable Zimmer. Einwandfreie Internetverbindung. Unmöglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da viel Strassenlärm Gutes Frühstück, jedoch am Wochenende zur Stosszeit langes Warten und ungenügend Personal zum Abräumen um freie Tische zu schaffen.. Teures Parken.
