"Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The location was perfect, and everything else met or even exceeded our expectations. "My husband and I came here for our 2 year anniversary and I just have to stay that this resort is beyond beautiful. The food in the Olive restaurant was fantastic and offered many options! Both pools are extremely clean and well kept, they were cold only because we came at a little bit of a colder time. "Fabulous and gorgeous property. We stayed in May, and the views were outstanding and the food and service were excellent. You can see the sunset and sunrise from the exact same spot on the view deck. That is big the view is. It is a 30+ minutes from the airport. Free valet and free self parking. The nearby town has nightlife and lots of good restaurants. There is no public hot pool or tub, but some of the rooms have one. "

"Our stay at NIKO was exceptional. From our 19:00 arrival, the valet and check-in were seamless. The staff guided us personally and delivered extra pillows within 5 minutes. Our 3rd-floor room was spotless, well-equipped (smart TV, iron, slippers, razor), with daily water/espresso refills. The private plunge pool was pristine, though quite cold in June. Breakfast (7:00-11:00) was a highlight with amazing variety and made-to-order eggs. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking ingredients with the chef and bringing fresh feta from the kitchen. Dinner at Mira (5th floor) was excellent; pricier than town (€80 vs €50), but worth it for the stunning evening view. We highly recommend booking breakfast here, and exploring the town for other meals. The 5th and 9th-floor pools offer luxury views, though sunbeds fill up by 9:00 and 12:00 due to guests saving spots with towels on empty beds. Location is perfect—steps from the beach and a 5-minute flat walk to the town center filled with shops. Tip for travelers: note the Greek "siesta" (many shops close 14:00-18:00), which is perfect for a room nap. Stock up on snacks/milk at a local grocery beforehand to enjoy on the balcony. Also, check outside menus first and ask for a seat by the water; they are happy to accommodate tourists. Special thanks for the lovely 5:00 AM early breakfast in the lobby and having our car ready right outside before our flight. We felt truly pampered and will definitely return!"

"We stayed in a two bed villa and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is located is located in a lovely, quiet location but close enough to plenty of restaurants and towns. The main pool is fantastic with a small bar offering great food and drinks. I would absolutely recommend a stay here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset views in the evenings. There are three main pools plus additional private pools for selected rooms, which is a great touch. The food overall was excellent. The buffet had a really good selection and the à la carte restaurants were mostly fantastic. The Greek restaurant was excellent and the Asian restaurant was exceptional — easily the highlight of the dining experience. Unfortunately, the Italian à la carte restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was genuinely poor and tasted like frozen food that had simply been reheated, which felt out of place compared to the quality elsewhere. There were also a couple of service issues. One day housekeeping completely missed our room, so I called reception twice to request fresh towels and for the bed to be made. They did eventually make the bed, but then forgot the towels. Not a huge issue, but something that shouldn’t really happen at this level of hotel. The room amenities were also a little underwhelming. There’s no minibar as such"
