"The manager was rude and nasty, telling us we would not find a better hotel in town when we complained at checkin. The room he showed us had a bar lock on the outside of the room. We requested a refund from Expedia. We had to find a new hotel on our our in this remote village. We felt stranded by Expedia. "

"The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to move their own vehicles out. Horrible stay. Disrespectful staff - they sneered and laughed when my bike was swamped in water."
