"The staff was rude, entitled and disrespectful. The service at the restaurant was awful (with the sole exception of one waiter.) Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night at the airport."

"Room was somewhat clean, tiny bathroom (RV-sized) horrible toilet paper, no AC, loud street noise, upstairs and hallway noise, friendly staff, limited breakfast, dangerous neighborhood at night and walking distance to services. Keep your expectations low—wouldn’t come back. "

"Its not a 5 star hotel, but great for the price. I received so much assistance from the front desk staff, the gate guard, and the servers. Amazing staff that made this visit exceptional. The staff turned it into a five-star visit. "

"Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the market, Chinatown, and tons of great restaurants and cafes and shops. Perfect spot if you want to be close to everything!"

"The property was ok but the room was not properly cleaned( hairs in the bathtub and a set of used eye lashes were found in the table next to the bed), the toiled got clogged, it was really disgusting."

"Hotel was at best ok. Rooms were so stuffy and hot. Internet slow, breakfast was alright. No elevators so have to drag if you have heavy luggage. You have to pay for parking but needed to remind front desk it was part of our itinerary. Staff were all very helpful and sweet. The location is very central to everything we wanted to visit, which is why we picked it. "
