"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. "This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding etc."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually needed to go to a hospital during my stay, and they were able to find one close that had at least one person who spoke English. They also followed up with me the following day to make sure I was fine. The room was clean. The shower was large and didn't get water everywhere. The location was nice too. A lot of good restaurants around and the park was clean and calm. I would stay again if I get the chance to head back to Yerevan."
