"For the price I paid, I feel the breakfast selection wasn’t the greatest, however everything served was fresh. Also, I paid an extra 80 plus dollars for parking. If it was mentioned in the listing, it wasn’t plain text that parking was extra. I understand parking space in a big city is a premium, so it’s not a huge deal. Hotel staff were wonderful! Amenities were great. 9/10. "

"The shower was filthy. There was hair everywhere. The drink machine in the lobby was broken so kids couldn’t get anything to drink during happy hour. Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk. "

"Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. "

"Clean and modern room in a historical St Louis hotel. It’s been well maintained and remodeled and is in a great area near downtown. Nice touch for the GM to text daily and check on our stay!"

"We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com"

"Kevin at the front desk was kind, courteous and most friendly— super nice and accommodating young fellow. Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. Super disappointed, however, in the breakfast—NO fault of Liz or her crew that works for breakfast. Have been going to this hotel at least once a year for many years now. They always have various college, possibly high school teams in the Hotel. This year, the teams seem to be less courteous and have to wonder how their rooms look when they left. They would come to the breakfast and devour simply everything. As an example this morning, I was there before 8 AM and basically all that was left with scrambled eggs and some sausage links. No fruit, no milk for cereal no oatmeal no bagels or pastries and even all the juices were empty. Several people in my party did not have breakfast included with the room and I paid an extra $20 a day to get nothing to eat. Several people that came after 8 AM were very upset and I feel Hilton will lose customers over having these teams in House. Wondering if these teams are more stable than the average paying customer. Also in the room itself I feel the bathroom desperately needs some updating. Old-fashioned very low toilets and the caulking in my shower around the toilet was not only unsightly, but I wondered how clean. Also, the bed in the room I was in with dreadful. very disappointed in our trip there this time. "

"This is a spartan and functional room that is just right for the budget conscious business traveler. One should not expect much here otherwise. The bed is comfortable. There is a small desk that will accommodate a laptop and mouse. The bathroom is small, tidy and functional. Next door is a shopping center with a grocery store, fast food options and a Planet Fitness. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location to WUSTL hospitals and med school is good. Forest Park is nearby as well."
