"Property was overbooked, so we were relocated to another hotel. However, when we arrived no one from staff or owners was there. But I have to mention that owner was very helpful in founding us another hotel. Property in very nice location, on the beach, dirty corridors and not finished around, but has a very good potential. Also bar staff are very unfriendly, rude and did not seem to be interested in their job at all."

"I think going in with expectations that this was going to be like other 5 star hotels impacted our view of Tsamis. It's not comparable to other 5 start hotels we have stayed in. Starting with the room, it was perfectly fine but it was a bit tired and the taps were loose in the wall. It lacked the finishing touches you would expect from 5 start. The towels also had weird stains on them which was a bit off putting. The shower ran hot and cold which was a bit annoying. The pool in the room was a...

"We stayed for 6 days (5 nights) and overall, the stay was wonderful. The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was simply great, and the buffet was constantly replenished. The reception team was very kind and helpful, and all the staff were friendly. A special shout-out to the hardworking bartenders who kept going even in that intense heat. The only downside to our stay was the hair dryer in the room, which sounded like it was about to explode, so my girlfriend was too afraid to use it. Aside...

"The shower drain was flooding. Informed the management about it couple of times and was told it will be fixed but until we checked out days later it was still flooding up to the ankles which very inconvenient. Maybe that was the way things are or thats the way it is. But that is kinda gross showering and the water is just rising up to your ankles as you finish showering. Either way, the staff are very nice and friendly."
