"Excellent location facing the lake. Love the old charming characters of the entire building from the lobby to the room and hallways. Biggest and heaviest keychain as well as an old style safe key are rare seen nowadays. One night unplanned stay from a pit stop became our favorite. Highly recommended!"

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. "The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. "

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned.
