"We come to Rumlang often. Having stayed several times at the nearby, rather impersonal, InterCity Hotel, we decided to give the Jet a try. It was so much better! Although the rooms are less modern, they are clean and perfectly adequate. However, what sets Jet Hotel apart is its staff. Instead of automated check-ins there is a proper reception, staffed by pleasant people who are welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly. They were able to get us additional pillows within minutes and answered all our questions with a smile. Another major bonus was the free coffee machine in the dining room from which we could get an excellent cuppa every morning. The hotel is also very close to the railway station and bus stop, and transport to and from the airport is a doddle. We've found our new home in Rumlang and will be back!"
