Hotel Dekat Kastil Nelson

"The property is stunning and unique and is exactly as it appears in online photos. The food was delicious - especially the breakfast and the omelet which was amazing! The tasting was lovely, the rooms were clean, and we appreciated the espresso machines in the room. The only negatives (all minor) were that the outdoor hot tub was out of commission waiting on a part to arrive (I know these things happen but it was a bummer since we were very much looking forward to using it and our room only had...

"This entire property was beautiful and so well maintained. My parents and I enjoyed the triple room very much. The staff was very helpful, and paid a lot of attention to details, even already setting out gluten free pastries for me after I asked if they had some the day before. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. We didn’t have a car on this trip, so we enjoyed our time at the hotel for 3 nights. "This was a beautiful and peaceful hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Etna. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us in all our needs. We had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant, and they were excellent. We only wish the pool had longer opening hours, as we were not able to use it while we were out touring during the day."

"Quartos EXELENTES , novos , modernos , banheiros limpos modernos, lugar em cima da montanha, n tem nada perto , mas o hotel é no meio da natureza, estacionamento incluso , e equipe de funcionários muito educados "

"A very nice hostess and a super nice place to stay around Etna. Nice breakfast too"

"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine...

"Hotellet er slidt og trist og morgenmaden er ikke god"
