"Wir waren eine Woche im Elixhauser Wirt. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht mit tollem Bergblick, großer Badewanne und Balkon. Das Zimmer war wie alles andere sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der wellness Bereich war toll mit 2 Saunen und 2 Dampfbädern, auch eine Liege war immer einfach zu finden. Der Pool Bereich war ebenfalls schön und bietet auch genug Platz. Wir hatten uns sehr auf das Frühstück gefreut, welches für 36€ auch hohe Erwartungen bei uns weckte. Leier wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Im Großen...

"Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river. "

"まず、到着時入り口にエレベーターが無いが、リフトがあったので、確認したがエレベーターに誘導はしてもらえなかった。 2泊連泊、観光に疲れて15時に戻ったが、部屋の掃除が終わっておらず、フロントの初老男性に伝えたら、17時まで外出するように言われ、さらに他の人はこんなに早く戻らないと。掃除のスタッフに直接伝えたが、2時間かかると言って、掃除途中にいなくなった。16時半過ぎに戻り、部屋に入って5分で終わり。ブランケットやタオルが交換され、トイレも掃除した様子だが、床はとても汚れていて、スリッパの裏に汚れがハッキリと着いていた。湯沸かしポットは洗浄されていなくて、残り水にカルキが浮いていた。　朝食は家庭で用意するような簡単な朝食だった。1番感じ悪いのは初老のフロント係だった。チェックアウトした際、エレベーターを確認したら、若いスタッフがエレベーターまで案内してくれた。"

"Reinigungspersonal hat offenbar Haarausfall - es lagen mehrere Haare in Zimmer und Bad. Frühstück hat von Atmosphäre und Qualität eher an ein Hostel erinnert - kann man sich getrost sparen und dafür woanders schön frühstücken. Insgesamt wären maximal 70 € pro Nacht und Person angemessen. Einzig das Personal am CheckIn war ein Pluspunkt ..."

"The Reception lady Eva is very friendly, patience, and helpful. She explains everything we need to know without needed us to ask. She makes us feel like coming home and so in love with Austrian politeness again! However, the gentlemen during our check-out process is the other way, a but arrogant, impatience when we clarify our balance payment. I only realised there’s no body wash when Im taking shower and had to call the receptionist to request one. But I was told to collect it from reception...
