"Such a wonderful, charming and rustique property. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the views of Etna, spectacular! The delicious breakfast was home made using the fruits and honey produced on the property, and Francesca was so helpful and could always be contacted via whatsapp as staff are only available for a few hours in the morning and evening, so you are free to ventrure around the land, or chill out on the roof terrace as if its your own home. "The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."

"We had a wonderful experience here. Check in was very easy and smooth. The location was right in the city center which allowed for easy site seeing and walking to food/shopping. There is a cable car a short walk away that takes you to the beaches. The hosts were very nice and helped us with booking a car. This felt very safe as you had multiple keys to get access into the building and the room. I feel a solo traveler would be very safe with this hotel."

Breakfast was delightful, the restaurant for dinner was good, but the menu was a bit limiting for our family of 5. "Sehr saubere Zimmer mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung und immer frischen Handtüchern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool, der ebenfalls täglich gereinigt wurde. Bis zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei Ankunft haben wir Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen. Einen Parkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt da wir mit dem Bus ankamen."

Drawbacks were the level of street noise from motorcycles and Friday night rock band playing on the street below the hotel until 1am. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly.
