"Flawless experience from start to finish. Staff are amazing and super accomodating to any requests. The view is to die for if you have a lake-side room! Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing. "Rooms simple, but clean and comfy beds. Location is fantastic and the breakfast very good. Hotel has a rather clinical / industrial feel throughout. Swimming pool on the top floor is good, however I would avoid the park spa (I am not sure the masseuse are formally trained). I understand the Thai massage on the ground floor is a better choice. Overall, 4 star is about right. 5 stars for location and breakfast, 4 for the rooms and 2 for the spa experience "
