"We stayed for 1 night in a family room, the pub is conveniently situated just off the market place. All of the staff that we encountered were lovely and were very helpful. I asked if we could check in early as we had a booking at Forbidden Corner and the gentleman was more than happy to accommodate this request. "Friendly welcome, lovely spacious room with plenty of well placed plug points. Good size bathroom with toiletries. Room was serviced every day and small bottles of water replaced. Walkable in to town centre albeit uphill on the way back. Would stay here again and would recommend."
