"The guesthouse was easy to find and in a really convenient location, within walking distance of most of the town. The surrounding streets are quite narrow and cobbled, so we brought smaller suitcases with this in mind. One thing to be aware of is that the staircase up to the accommodation is quite narrow, and we were on the third floor with no lift, so this may be worth considering if you have larger luggage or mobility issues. The room itself was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay....

"Très bon accueil, serviable, appart-hotel très propre avec une vue sur la mer à coupé le souffle, bien situé pour visiter Split, bars, restaurants, plage à côté de l’hôtel, parking. Tout était parfait, encore merci pour tout !"

"The location was amazing and the staff was super helpful and gave us some great recommendations! We will be back!"

"Loved the room … 5 star location. Travel tip - Google or Apple takes you right there. But, tough to find because we are looking for the big signs like a hotel. You enter into the Riva rooms and it turns beautiful!"

"Really wonderful little boutique experience, loved it perfect location!"

"Todo muy bien, el personal amable."

There is no contact for questions to the property through Expedia or WhatsApp or email. The room was decent but thats the least to expect. On Expedia it said that it had laundry services in the hotel but there is nothing. Only places around the town."

"Absolutely wonderful!"

"Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was very basic, and the overall quality of the furnishings and amenities felt quite poor and dated. The location is convenient, The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was above the restaurant, and it was extremely loud until midnight. We could hear the restaurant activity and noise very clearly, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, considering the room quality and especially the excessive noise late at night, this was...
