The Alia Palace Villa is a very enjoyable place to stay. The members of staff are professional and friendly. They offer a variety of options for breakfast. Alia Palace based close to shops and varietie of cafes and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel exactly as described - would recommend spending the extra on the swim up sea view room for the added privacy and exceptional views Food and drinks very nice and good value for money Staff all very attentive - quick on hand to offer drinks the minute you sit down for breakfast lunch and dinner Would thoroughly recommend for couples and singles

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel. It was a lovely experience and we especially liked the facilities and the evening entertainment. The location is great and the view from the pool and restaurant is amazing. The only reason why I’m not giving them a full score is because the food needs improvement: it was repetitive and too basic for an hotel that defines itself as a luxury property. I hope they can make some improvements on it because it would make the whole experience excellent.

5* amazing hotel

This hotel was simply amazing. Very good pool area with amazing views and a bar with friendly staff very close by. We upgraded to a room with out own small pool too and again was so amazing, just unfortunate wasnt lucky enough to get one overlooking the sea. Food was very good and range of food available. The hotel was very clean and all staff very friendly. I had some issues when leaving with the airport transfer and the 2 ladies on reception at the time were so helpful and managed to get me to my flight with minutes to spare despite the let down of the original transfer. Thank you so much for that.

Not good sound insulation a bunch of non respecting guests decided to have a party next door. I phoned reception 3 times after 12pm and they never did anything. I had to go to reception personally and grab someone to prove them. I won't be going there again. More than over I will stay away of UK young tourists. Very disrespectful, ignored and rude. They think they own everything and can do whatever they like.

Wir waren Mitte/Ende September für 8 Nächte im Alia Palace und haben die Executive Suite mit All inclusive gebucht. Anfangs gab es einige Punkte, die uns sehr gestört haben (dazu gehe ich später noch ein), aber nach etwa 2-2,5 Tagen war alles nicht mehr so schlimm und wir wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg. Ich habe viele sehr schöne Erinnerungen an den Urlaub. Das sind jetzt die Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben. Aber zur Info: Wir bereuen nicht, das Hotel besucht zu haben, wir hätten diese Sachen nur gerne vorher gewusst, dann wären wir mental drauf vorbereitet gewesen, darum möchte ich für andere alles auflisten: - Es gibt keine Fliegengitter (ich hatte unendlich viele Mückenstiche, das war glaub ich das nervigste von allem). Am besten Mückenspray - Der private Pool ist nicht beheizt, somit eiskalt (selbst bei Sonne), aber man gewöhnt sich nach einigen Minuten dran. Aber: die Lage ist so, dass man ab ca 15 Uhr komplett im Schatten ist, ab da ist es wirklich zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Die Gemeinschaftspools sind in der direkten Sonne und können auch länger problemlos genutzt werden, aber wenn man, wie ich, lieber nicht mit anderen in den Pool möchte und deswegen extra ein Hotel mit privatem Pool sucht, ist es sehr enttäuschend. Außerdem muss man ständig tote Krabbeltiere, Insekten, Blätter etc. rausfischen, weil direkt vor dem Pool Büsche und Bäume sind. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts für. Die Pools wurden jeden morgen einmal von Angestellten gesäubert. -
