Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. "Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."
