"Parking in the lot a block away for $20 with unlimited in/out privileges was easy to access and safe. We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch, and staff brought it up to our unit, within a half hour. In unit laundry, full kitchen, absolutely gorgeous city views with automatic blinds. The unit was super clean and fully furnished. Having all the space for everyone in our group to have privacy was so wonderful. "Even tho we did the pre check in as requested by the hotel. When we arrived we stood in like for over 25 minutes just to check in. To then find out we would been put in a que to be called when our room was ready. This was well after 5PM when we came to check in and our room wasn’t ready. So we waited for our call then having to wait inline again for over 15 min to finally check in. We were so rushed we almost missed our event. Overall the room was fine. But not amazing for the price we paid....
