The cleaning of the room seems to have fallen below their standards they have had in the past stays. The front desk staff took three of them to figure out how I was going to pay for the room"

"Honestly for being a casino hotel you would think you could walk out your hotel room door and be right there at the casino but nope it's like a quarter of a mile walk around the building, and if you choose to walk through the inside watch out for giant roaches. I'm sure there still there since staff said it will get handled the next day. And funny expect a heads up that there pool is shut down. They won't verbally tell u until after they charge you. "I was highly disappointed. This was falsely advertised. The building reaked of mold and mildew. The pool was disgusting. Hot tub inoperable. Toilet ran the entire time and even told front desk and maintenance never fixed it. Breakfast no good and got worse daily. Old TVs no way to watch what you want."

We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain.
