"Washroom door was making creaking noise which was so annoying at night time disturbing sleep. Not enough tea bags. Most of electric outlet not working.. Shower bottles were not marked clearly for Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash."

"Love this place! Yes it’s dated but staff are excellent, great location, but best part is the indoor pickleball courts, also ball hockey area and great pool."

"Sufficient parking. Breakfast was cold. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub is not a Jacuzzi tub, it is a bubble tub and cools the water down very quickly. The tub overfill drain is placed relatively low so you only get half a tub's worth of water. Bed was pretty hard"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Balcomo Hotel. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the rooms have been recently updated—they’re modern, beautifully done, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and overall layout made it easy to relax and feel at home. The property grounds are also very well maintained, which added to the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking its best. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!"
