Hotel berdekatan Kasino Besar Jaragua

"We love the property and it is not the first time we stay… Our only problem is the parking other then this problem it is a beautiful property and we will recomended to any one looking for stay in the colonial area."

"I’m a regular at the property. It’s become like Cheers where everybody knows my name. As a digital nomad, this location has what I need to conduct my business online: good Internet, connection, supportive staff, and enough restaurants to grab a quick bite in between assignments."

"The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Especially Melissa, who was so kind to help me carry my luggage downstairs at 6 AM. She did it with a big smile and waited with me until the taxi came. Much appreciated! I would like to have known that the hotel occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so it's not for people who have trouble walking. The hotel is on a pedestrian street so your taxi can't stop in front of the door, but the closest corner is only a few meters...

"This is a clean place to stay. I'm use to Marriott, but I did not want to pay a lot for a room for one night. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and breakfast was excellent. They needed some maintenance in the shower. Slow drip when shower was off and ceiling was peeling. Otherwise bathroom was clean. Parking was also good."

"Really lovely staff, very tranquil and beautiful gardens out back with plenty of area to sit and enjoy a drink or read a book. Very clean room, nice towels, well functioning air conditioning, nice hot water in the shower and great water pressure. Definitely not really quiet on the street outside though, in the very early morning.... so not great if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. Inside the hotel itself is quiet and tranquil, but you can hear noise from the street outside the room,...

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"

"Desde que entras al hotel, es perfectamente Limpio y un Olor que enamora, la habitacion es amplia, limpia , comoda y nada de ruido. El desayuno muy rico y variado, el Ballet parking en general fueron muy amables Quiero destacar que staff fue super amable, Pero existe cun chico de nombre jensi si mal no recuerdo, que desde el momento de la entrada hasta la salida, fue atento, simpatico, desprendido, un chico sumamente especial, de esas personas que hacen mas facil tu estadia. "The room was ample and well maintained and the staff was super nice and helpful, the bar is 24h and the terrace is very enjoyable , the hotel is very well located close to many restaurants and sights"

"Good location and great staff"

"So to be fair your staying in a 500 year old building, the room is small but very cool. The property is beautiful, the history is wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvements I think could be made is a refrigerator in the room and more than a commercial hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, provide at least some basic soap and shampoo. Overall we had a great time here and will most likely come back."

"The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly but it was hard at times to get information unless you knew to ask. Besides that overall an excellent stay. Felt very safe and was a great value."

"Perfect place in the center of the historic district. Breakfast was really good and staff was amazing. It’s also close to really good restaurants and landmarks."
