"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"The hotel has beautiful lobby and feels well run like a 'tight ship' that has a value for professionalism. The pool and gym were clean and agreeable. The restaurant was fine, and reasonable in price with a convenience store in the lobby where lots of drinks and prepared snacks and meals and other essential were readily available."

"Good things: - Nice and friendly staff - Shuttles to and from airport, shopping centre and JR station - Hot springs with outdoor setting is a big bonus (700 yen to use until 9am on the next day) - Dinner at “Soh” 👍 Not so-good things: - The room and hallway is very “aged”. My room is located on “Garden wing”. Maybe the main building is better? - Breakfast buffet: It offered a good variety of options, but many items were not replenished during my visit between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., despite service continuing until 10:00 a.m."

"Very helpful and patient staff. They made a great impression as the first hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience store on the ground floor had a lot of what I needed when I first arrived. The free shuttle helped get me back to the train station."
