"River View is a small resort which offers sn all inclusive experience. The rooms are clean, modern and very spacious. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are cooked options for breakfast, a complimentary serve yourself lunch as dinner with two main options. On one of our nights we had a barbeque. They have their own arranged boat safari in the afternoon and early morning game drives. I would definitely recommend River View in Kasane."

"Very large property, very well maintained. Room was large and clean. A/C worked great. Selelo was our host; very kind and attentive. Assisted us with booking events. Accompanied us a a boat safari. Food was excellent. Game drivers: Lesh and Jinx went above and beyond to try to meet our every request. We were lucky enough to see nearly every type of animal in the park. Highly recommend this place. "

"We found the hotel extremely over priced. It should be half the price, or less. The room is very basic. The decor in the common areas is fairly sparse and dated. They even wanted to charge us to borrow their international adaptor! The service at the restaurant was slow but the staff there were nice. The location is good though. We would not recommend it (unless maybe they drop their price and you're looking for something with no frills.)"

"Excellent lodging for visiting the Kasane area and doing Chobe Park activities. Location is a little outside of the main town area, but right next to a supermarket & Nando's restaurant. Lovely outdoor space with our room, which even had a small kitchen. Good breakfast, which we partook of before our activities. Everyone on staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, with a special shoutout to maintenance worker Gary - my buddy who helped us out with several things! However, there were a few...

"実際のロッジは掲載されている名前と全く別の名前であり、空港スタッフもその名前を知らなかった。空港職員が「これは詐欺ではないか。」ということで地元の警察署に同行してくれ、一緒に事情聴取を受けた後に、別のロッジの手配までしてくれた。新しいロッジが見つかり一安心していると、警察職員が「ロッジが見つかった。君の予約したロッジの名前とは全く別だったが、予約があることを確認した。」ということで改めてそのロッジに移動・宿泊することになった。施設自体は可もなく不可もなくであったが、とても「アンリミテッドラグジュアリー」とは呼ぶには程遠いものだった。評価は最悪である。"

"DON'T BOOK THIS LODGE !!! They let you pay twice. We payed when we made the reservation at hotels.com. But we had to pay at the lodge again, because they did not accept that payment. Some telephon calls and several e-mails later, we still have not our money back."
