Room is very well designed and furnished with washing machine, additional wash basin and a hot plate, though I wonder what sort of cooking they will allow. Great location near all shopping and food outlets. Will stay again next trip

I would not recommend this “hotel” for families with young children or those with luggage. Firstly, this is not a hotel and the description in Expedia is not accurate. There are no staff present at any time. There is no reception - simply an iPad at the entrance. You cannot leave any luggage before or after your stay and no-one is contactable. There is no service at all - no room cleaning, no way to remove rubbish (our bins were overflowing by the time we left) etc. We emailed and texted the provided contacts before we arrived to see if we could possibly leave luggage at the hotel for a few hours before check in and received no reply. On the day we arrived it was torrential rain and I had 2 small children who were saturated. I rang the number on the iPad at least 30 times with no answer until someone finally answered. I was told check in is not for 40min and they hung up on me. The room itself is basic but clean and it was spacious. It’s in a quiet location with very little around (around 1.5km from Hakata station or 650m from Gion subway station). If I had my time over again (this was our first time in Fukuoka) I would stay around the Tenjin area.

プールがもう少し清潔で長ければ完璧だったが、それ以外はほぼ完璧だった。ランチとディナーの時間帯にラウンジで食事の種類がもっと豊富だったら良かった。
