"We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms were large and the bathroom was huge with a large jacuzzi tub with jets and colored lights that the kids loved! Breakfast had lots of delicious options. Hotel is on a walking street lined with tons of cute restaurants and shops. "

"Wanted somewhere close enough to the airport this is, with parking, gym, breakfast and a baby cot. It checked all those boxes and was reasonable. Staff were very friendly, gym is clean and has some modern equipment including weights, mats and machines. Room was ample comfortable and with air conditioning which was much appreciated with our 5 month old and the warm summer weather. Great blackout blinds too. "We ended our Croatian trip in Zagreb and thoroughly enjoyed the old world charm that Hotel Esplanade offered. The property itself is gorgeous, warm and inviting. Like everywhere in Croatia, the staff were wonderful. And, you have plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Overall, this was our favorite hotel and deserves 6 out of 5 stars."

"Nice and cozy room. Everything looks brand new. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included. We unfortunately spent only an evening there cause had to go home the following day. The reception went out of their ways and prepared us something to bring along early in the morning at 5:30 am!, Thk you boutique HOH. We will certainly come back again."

"We got stranded from the airport closing and needed quick and close accommodations. Stari Jasen was a perfect fit- close and cost effective. Didn't get to use any of the facilities other than sleeping given that we got in very late and left very early.
