"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The...

"Amazing stay, best value for the price you can get! The pool was basically private, and the staff was so, so nice and friendly! The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every 2-3 days with fresh linens and towels. No problems with bugs or reptiles, AC was cold, shower pressure was good and water was hot (filtered cold, cool, and hot water available at the rec center too!), good Wi-Fi, ice machine was always full. Power and internet were out for a day; however, the staff was very communicative via text. 10/10 would recommend."
