Nella spiaggia davanti all'hotel i colori dell'acqua ,che è pulita e trasparente, rispecchiano le rocce del fondale che sono beige, marroncine, verdognole; inoltre c'è il fattore VENTO, che si alza tutti i giorni verso le 11.00 del mattino, aumenta alle 13.00 rendendo fastidioso stare sotto l'ombrellone e difficile entrare in acqua, scende alle 19.00. "The property is beautiful. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the center but be careful because the road is very narrow. It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Food and snack options are extremely limited and that’s a problem when the hotel has nothing near by you can walk to. They offer no snacks no lunch options. "Absolute wonderful stay at this charming hotel. We loved EVERYTHING about it. The rooms were beautiful and look out on a stunning view, the staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended and we will definitely be going back one day, thank you Lira xx"

"A lovely location and unique building layout. Our room was great, the bed comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with freat service. The only reasons that we didn't give it an excellent was the lack of a toilet seat (which they remedied by opening the second bathroom) and the cooking tools were very limited."

This place is 40 min from Monemvasia and the name suggests different. There’s a nice pool, access to the beach and spa treatments are available. "Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. "5 stars! The Elea Mare is a fabulous value in an authentic Greek coastal village, run by a host (Greg) who personifies customer care. We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day.
