I liked the property for the most part. The room/bathroom wasn’t the most clean as I could see previous hair in the bathtub. The construction that has been done is a very crappy job with caulking, paint, missing toilet paper fixtures, and outlets not working. The pillows were horrible but I liked the aesthetic of the room and halls for the most part. It was quiet which was nice.

Its an older property that is being refurbished and modernized. The room was awesome, good bed, TV, plenty of plug in spots. The only tiny minor thing was a step-in shower with those cloth shower curtains that dont keep water from running on the floor. The hallway didn't feel as updated yet, but it was clean and safe. The lobby and breakfast area is very nicely modernized. Breakfast was continental plus as there were microwave sausages, etc. Great value and easy to get into downtown or N KC Hospital/Cerner areas.

This motel is under complete renovation. It still has some old unsightly structures to be removed. However the new portions of the lobby and room wings are wonderful. Clean and spacious. The facility has modern security and crime prevention. Easy access one block off of I-35 & 29. Our room was in a new wing and was really nice. New features and amenities everywhere. Great king bed. Easy access. Modern lighting and accessibility and heating and cooling. Nice plush towels and toiletries. A total surprise and an unbelievable rate. I almost hate to give it such a great rating as it will surely help drive demand and pricing. This motel is a real treat and will only be getting better. We will be back. Thanks KC Inn!
