"A quick stay here in the female dorm. The bed was clean and bathroom OK. The cleaning lady threw out my things and came in to clean very early each day. The hostel let people check in at all hours of the morning rather than wait until the designated check in time. Pool was very very loud with music playing until all hours. Neighbourhood had little in the way of food."

"Consider yourself as warned guys this is the worst place you can check in Phnom Penh lots of criminals on the streets and even the hotel management is bunch of a**holes who doesn't care about your privacy or needs. If you are with your girlfriend or wife never go in there guys it's not safe at all."

"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room."
