"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "Great location, within easy walking distance to Armenian Street and Komtar, and easy for getting Grabs to anywhere else. Check in was easy and welcoming, we did have to pay 6MYR for room tax and have a 200MYR deposit charge on our card. We also got complimentary afternoon tea vouchers for each day of our stay. It was a nice break from sightseeing to get free tea, coffee and snacks from 3-5pm. Hotel and rooms are a bit dated but that is part of the charm."
